2 1/8” inside diameter with a 2 1/4” outside diameter
2” inside diameter with a 2 1/8” outside diameter
1 7/8” inside diameter with a 2” outside diameter

1 5/8” inside diameter with a 1 3/4” outside diameter

How Do I Know If Thunder Monster Baffles Will Fit My Pipes?
Big City Thunder products work in any 4 cycle engine with a straight pipe
type exhaust
from a single cylinder up to 6 cylinder motorcycles with any cubic inch displacement.
Installation instructions are included with all our products.
If you have Vance & Hines, Screamin' Eagle, Bub, Cobra,
Samson, Rinehart, Jardine, Bassini, Custom Built, or other
aftermarket pipe that at the exit end does not turn out (does not include
tips that can be removed), and is of a straight type pipe design that measures
1 5/8", 1 3/4", 1 7/8", 2" or 2 1/8" inside diameter,
Thunder Monster baffles will fit your pipe. All Thunder Monster baffles are
compatible with a slash cut pipes.
For curved pipes such as Vance & Hines Big Radius
and Ness Slashers we recommend our Thunder Monster baffles part number
2002 or our new QQ baffles part number QBL 1845. For the Hooker Troublemakers
we recommend our Thunder Monster baffles part number 2001 or our new QQ baffles
part number QBL 1994. For other curved pipe applications please call and
have the pipe dimensions available.
THUNDER MONSTER BAFFLES FOR LARGE DIAMETER MUFFLERS,
ie. If you have installed aftermarket mufflers or you have “gutted” your
stock mufflers, drilled them out, removed or modified the baffles, have a
free flowing type baffle, or have an application in which you are not able
to install the Thunder Monster baffles in the rear portion of the pipe, Big
City Thunder has a Thunder Monster baffle that installs in the exit end of
the head pipe where it joins the muffler. As with all our other products
the Thunder Monster baffles will provide the proper amount of back pressure,
flow the exhaust gases properly and act as a superior anti-reversion device.
This particular application is called a head pipe installation and will provide
a deeper, throatier, hot rod/hot bike sound as well as improved performance.
